Q: Do you offer options for bulk orders?
A: Yes! We are happy to fulfill bulk orders.

Q: How soon should I place a bulk order if I have a deadline?
A: Order times vary depending on quantity and material availability.
We do request that you place most bulk orders at least three weeks before the needed date, to ensure that we can fulfill your order in time for your event. However, any extra time is always appreciated! We do work to fulfill orders from multiple clients each day, so in order for us account for our other customers' needs, three weeks will allow us time to fulfill your entire order. If one customer's deadline is before another's, and they have placed their order within the three week time-frame, we will prioritize it to ensure that each client is happy and has their needs met satisfactorily. (e.g. standard manufacturing times for 18 stainless steel tumblers would take up to ten days to fulfill, and up to fourteen days if we need to order more materials.)
Q: Can I engrave my company logo on stainless steel tumblers to gift to my employees?
A: Absolutely! Our customization options make for the perfect gifts for family, friends, and employees alike. Submit your logo to us via email and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Q: What kinds of things can you engrave on tumblers?
A: We can engrave custom logos, company/business logos, school district logos, quotes, most designs, monograms, names, dates etc.
Q: Are there any things you can't engrave on tumblers?
A: We have found that geometric shapes are more difficult to engrave, given that the surface is a cylinder, which will cause the shapes to look warped and uneven.
